Muffin alla zucca e cioccolato
Ingredienti per 2 persone:
220 g di farina 0
100 g di zucchero di canna
4 g di lievito per dolci
2 g di bicarbonato
2 g di sale
350 g di purea di zucca
un cucchiaino di estratto di vaniglia
un uovo
175 g di yogurt greco
50 g di gocce di cioccolato fondente
2 g di cannella, se gradita
Procedimento:

2 g of salt
350 g of pumpkin puree
a teaspoon of vanilla extract

175 g of Greek yogurt
50 g of dark chocolate drops
2 g of cinnamon, if desired
Direction:
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl add all the dry ingredients: pour together flour, cocoa, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt and mix with a spoon to mix.
In another bowl, mix the pumpkin puree, vanilla extract, milk, egg and yogurt together.
Add the two compounds and stir quickly, just enough to make them blend together. Do not mix too much otherwise the muffins will become gummy once cooked.
At this point mix the chocolate drops.
Pour the mixture into a muffin mold by filling each cavity for two-thirds.
Bake and cook for about 25 minutes.
Do the toothpick test to check the cooking and, once cooked, let it cool on a wire rack before serving.
